Ethiopia Health Care Trip – 2017
March 31 - April 8
The Ethiopia ACT project seeks to reduce the impact of inequitable access to health care in a resource limited setting by “backing-up” the local medical system and encouraging health-seeking behavior in communities where we serve. We will partner with the full time staff of the project so that they are able to reach out beyond the project’s beneficiaries to the broader community and local churches. In doing so, we will help to influence the existing health system to provide care to those who have health needs not otherwise being addressed.
This trip is open to any adult (18+) who has a desire and passion to serve in an area that could use compassion and willing hands. A medical background is not necessary to be on the team.
