Our trip includes 2 days of safari and a full week at Achungo Children's Centre, whose mission is to transform the lives of orphans and destitute children in Kenya. Our activities will include working in the classroom and playing with the children, teaching games, sports and tutoring as well as helping the staff and teachers. This is a full immersion experience focused on relational connection with the staff and students.

This trip will strengthen your faith, broaden your worldview and deepen your understanding of poverty. You will experience how God’s love works through community.

Dates: June 17 - July 1, 2023

Cost: $3400 (all inclusive: airfare and all ground, room, food and safari charges)

Ages: Open to any adults and children 10+ accompanied by an adult

Info meeting: April 26 at 11:45 a.m. in the Oak room at Menlo Park (next to Fellowship Hall)

Team Meetings: We will have up to 4 preparatory meetings for team bonding and cultural/spiritual prep
