Solomon

Many of us have at least one family member with a past or even a present that we generally avoid talking about. Solomon is complicated; he had tremendous 'professional' success amidst deep personal failings. We can find ways to see the ministry that he conducted as a part of this important plan of God for His people, but we would be wise to learn from the gaps in his personal character and how they reveal the same potential in each one of us.
