A safe place to process hurt from a broken relationship where everyone has a personal experience with the emotional devastation of a relationship break-up or divorce. After our first hour of video or speaker presentation, we meet in small support groups where we share and listen to each other. Our attendees are all ages, from all faiths and none, and are at all stages of their breakup experience. You are free to attend at any time, no cost, no membership and no commitment required. We meet Mondays from 7pm - 9pm at the Menlo Park campus.

There is no need to struggle alone. Care is available to anyone who is going through a difficult time, a transition, or crisis and needs encouragement and support. Stephen Ministers are volunteers who will meet with you for listening and prayer support over a period of time. Let us know if you'd like more information on being assigned a Stephen Minister or information about becoming a Stephen Minister.

Have you suffered the death of a loved one? Each person's journey through grief is unique but it is never easy. Find support and healing during this 13-week peer support group. We will view the videos and discuss topics related to coping and grief through the Griefshare curriculum. There will also be weekly time for supporting each other through confidential sharing. There is no cost. We meet each spring and fall at the Menlo Park campus, Tuesdays at 7pm. We restart on February 4.

Whether you’re engaged to be married or already married, now is the time to strengthen your relationship. Our Pre-Marital Mentoring connects seriously dating and engaged couples with trained Christian mentor couples. Relational support and prayer for members and friends of Menlo Church who are either temporarily or permanently unable to participate in the regular worship services and activities of the church. Let us know if you know someone desiring visitation or if you want information about becoming a volunteer.

The Widow and Widower Grief Recovery class welcomes widows and widowers of all ages who have had a recent loss of a spouse or those individuals still struggling with the loss of their spouse from years past. Our class provides a safe place for sharing experiences, understanding the grieving process, finding hope and support, and beginning our journey to recovery.
